Hi all,

Well what a fantastic day the weather was superb for this time of year, the atmosphere at the wedding was wonderful and the venue was nothing short of stunning. With the wedding breakfast using only candle lighting the colour in the barn was fantastic and great for photographs. The candle lighting also added to the atmosphere and gave a real Christmas feel with the candles also being used throughout the ceremony at the church. Myself and Tony had a great day and wish Lucy and Duncan all the best for the future. For anyone wanting to view the images from the day these will be accessible via the websites picture gallery once the happy couple have seen them and authorized the gallery password change. The password will be changed to the happy couples married name (grooms surname). Prior to the password change I will be posting a small selection of sample images below so keep checking.

Another fantastic wedding to have the pleasure of filming. The day took place at Boreham House with the marque in the gardens. Hi,
Another great day for us at this wedding we were filming only. Luckily the weather held off even though it threatened to rain during the group photographs. The day light held out and the venue looked spectacular with lots of details all over the marque. The first dance was carried out to live music which always works well for video. Great day and good luck for the future Alex & Stuart.

 What a fantastic wedding to have the privilege to cover. For this wedding both myself and Tony captured the day through both photography and video. Having covered many weddings at Layer Marney Tower I love this venue and this time of year the open fire during dinner helps to give a great atmosphere and to finish the day off with fireworks always works well. Hannah & Paul 18th September 2010 @ St Andrews Church & Marriot Hotel

Hi,

This was another fantastic wedding that we feel privileged to have covered. The rain held off and we managed to capture all the group shots so that was a bonus. Great speeches and a fabulous first dance especially when Paul spun Hannah around, that will make great video footage I'm sure. It was very disappointing to find another dreaded vicar who for some reason refused to allow us to capture any photographs of the ceremony. Even though we suggested taking the shots from the back with no flash using a zoom lens we were told this would be intrusive. Very strange and a real shame for the couple. I'm not quite sure what the vicar thinks he gained from this. Anyway all in all we had a great day with some fantastic shots. I will post a few below in due course. What a fantastic day we had capturing this wedding. This is the first time we have worked at the church at Gallywood and its superb with excellent lighting. The vicar was brilliant too allowing us to do our own thing. Our style is non intrusive anyway so it was great. Both myself and Rob thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and we have great video footage and photographs of the legendary dance off. An legendary it was. We have seen plenty of dance offs over the years but this one was truly amazing. Great moves from everyone who took part but the prize of dance off king and queen has to go to the couple who somehow managed to go across the dance floor like a big wheel. This is no joke anyone who didn't see it make sure you look on the photo gallery once its available you will be amazed. I have never seen anything like it, great stuff guys. To access the web gallery you will need to input a code. The code will be the newly weds surname (the grooms surname) however this will not be active until both Nicola & James have seen the photographs. Keep checking the gallery. Thank you for letting us record your special day for you it was fantastic. The firemen looked very smart. It was a shame we encountered another dreaded vicar who refused to allow any photographs or video footage in the Church except from the very back. I cant understand how they benefit from this but we had plenty of zoom lenses with us so we still managed to capture everything. Claire & Martin 7th August 2010 at High Easter Church & Channels Golf Club

Hi all,

Well what can I say this was another great wedding for myself and Rob to be asked to cover. The church was excellent and would have given me the opportunity to capture some excellent photographs however this was made impossible because the vicar decided to prevent anybody taking images during the ceremony. This is a great shame and shooting from the back of the church without flash would have not caused any interference with the ceremony itself. Its strange how all vicars have a different take on this, most allow photography throughout provided this is not intrusive. My style of work would fit this category. Others say only photograph from the back which to be honest is where I would take the majority from anyway. I have never been told NO photographs at all so this was quite a strange feeling having to watch great photograph opportunities pass by. I do hope I never have to operate under these restrictions again but you never know. I cant quite see what the vicar gained from these restrictions. Anyway moving onto the reception and aside from the rainy part everything went to plan. Great photo of the bride and groom on the slide show part of the speech from the best man. Hi All,

Having photographed Emma & Adam's wedding (Sarah's sister and brother in law) earlier in the year it was good to see you all again. Fantastic day from start to finish, when we were out in the meadow area it was a bit like photographing a wedding in California with the long table serving Pims in the middle. The weather held out for us and we managed to get some great creative flash light photographs on the dance floor late on. Roxanne & Greg 24th july 2010 at St mary's Church Bocking & Baddow Park

Hi All
Another big wedding with around 300 guests and a fantastic helicopter flight. This was a great wedding to come back to after my holiday. St Mary's Church Bocking is one of my favorite churches to photograph in as there is tremendous directional window light helping to create that perfect atmosphere to the photographs. Again Rob was with me to video the day. Another great atmosphere was created by all the ladys outside the church on the arrival of Roxanne. Most of Bocking would have known there was a big wedding taking place. Great day al round. I have selcted some of my favorite images and posted above.

Hi all,

Another full on wedding with lots of fun, atmosphere and emotion. Again this was another photography and video wedding both myself and my video specialist Rob covered. Again we stayed for the full day and some of the evening. Thanks for booking us Linda and Trevor it is always most enjoyable covering a wedding from a different culture. The ceremony was fantastic and the evening dancing once you were both changed was certainly different and fun.
